Who we are and why we started
Berkeley & Woods are an independent estate agency specialising in the residential sale and letting of property in prime central London.
We were founded by Jenna Daniel, who started from the ground up in New Zealand and Australia, working for some of the highest real estate achievers in the country. Moving to London in 2009, she furthered her experience in property management, lettings, sales, and acquisitions. Jenna became the most successful agent for a busy high street brand and gained a wealth of local knowledge in the London market. It was during this time, Jenna believed the real estate industry needed a shake up and that is what she set out to do.
We offer our clients a more personal bespoke service and work mainly on referrals and recommendations. Our team have collectively 30 years experience in the property industry with unrivaled knowledge of the local market.
We’ve now built an exceptional network of clients, from large property portfolios of 500 to 1,500 properties, to individual landlords with a handful of properties that they entrust us with. Additionally, we have established strong partnerships with property professionals and relocation agencies, who regularly refer their clients to us to help source the perfect property.
