Our Director, Craig, has extensive experience in buying, selling, and developing properties, both for ourselves personally and for clients in prime central London.
Our combined expertise makes us adept at finding properties that meet clients needs. Craig’s background in building enables him to identify potential structural issues during property viewings, he can vision layout changes or how you can extend the property, and a wealth of experience in planning permission if needed, all skills that sets us apart from most buyers’ agents.

How we work
Your brief
We will diligently seek to understand your specific requirements for a property, whether it is intended as a home or an investment. With a comprehensive brief in hand, we will identify the property that aligns with your needs.
Search
Once we have thoroughly understood your requirements, we initiate extensive research in your selected areas. This process involves engaging with circa 50 estate agents, to uncover both on and off-market properties, providing you with a first-mover advantage over other buyers and tenants. We handle all aspects of the search, curating a shortlist of properties that we believe best align with your brief and accompanying you to viewings. Our clients appreciate the convenience of being collected from their home or workplace and driven to appointments, along with having a single point of contact throughout their search.
Expert negotiators
Once we find the ideal property, we conduct comprehensive price comparison research utilizing Land Registry data and current market comparables to determine what we consider a fair market value. We will then collaborate with you to establish a negotiation strategy aimed at securing the most advantageous terms with the selling agent. Property finder agents offers are often prioritized over competing bids because agents and sellers appreciate our expertise and have greater confidence that the transaction will successfully conclude.
Due diligence
In addition to providing value assessments prior to negotiations, helping to reduce the risk of a lender down-valuing the property during the survey and ensuring you do not overpay, we have a network of trusted contacts who can conduct the necessary due diligence. This ensures that your purchase or rent is sound from both a legal and structural standpoint.
Speed to completion
We act as the first point of contact with all parties involved in the purchase or rental and will manage the process on a day-to-day basis. We use our knowledge and experience to ensure the purchase goes through as fast as possible. Being actively involved in the process is critical and it also enables you to focus on other commitments in the knowledge your purchase is being progressed quickly and efficiently.
Our fees
Our fees are some of the most competitive amongst all London buying agents. We will act exclusively on your behalf and do not share fees with selling agents. Through our negotiation and careful sourcing of properties, we aim to make our service as valuable to you as possible, where our negotiations on the property purchase price cover our fee.
Retainer: £1800.00 (deductible from the success fee)
Success fee: £1.5% of the purchase price, or equivalent to the first months rent
VAT applies to the above fees.
Our retainer fee lasts for a period of 6 month search period.
